Pastor Emeritus
Harry J. Johnson was the Senior Pastor of Solid Rock Church of God by Faith in Yulee, Florida for 41 year's. He married Alma Miller in 1971 and, God blessed their union with three very talented children who enjoy Ministry. He is a dedicated husband, father and grandfather.
He was educated in public schools both in Daytona Beach and Jacksonville, Florida. He also served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force after graduating from New Stanton Sr. High School in 1964. He is a retiree from UPS after 30 years of service. Unfortunately, Alma Miller proceeded him in early 2011. In late 2012, he married Nancy Helen McGriff. Together to their union they have 15 children, 26 grandchildren and 2 great - grandchildren. They serve together in ministry. Lady Nancy Johnson is passionate about the youth and young adults.
He accepted God’s gracious gift of salvation on February 7, 1971. While proving himself to be a faithful steward under the pastorate of Elder George Matthews at Greater Church of God by Faith, he was called into the ministry in 1974. He served as an Associate Minister until 1980 when he was assigned as Pastor of Solid Rock Church of God by Faith in Yulee, Florida. He was ordained in December 1978 and consecrated as an Ordained Elder in 1983.
His academic accomplishments include: Master of Divinity from Faith Bible College in December of 1999 Doctorate of Divinity from Faith Bible College, August 15, 2001.
He serves in the following capacities in the Church and Community:

- District Elder of the Jacksonville District Church of God by Faith.
- Chairman of the National Board of Examining Elders of the Church of God by Faith, Inc.
- Board member of East Nassau County Ministerial Association.
- Chancellor and President of Founders’ Faith Bible College of Jacksonville District.
- Formerly served on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Nassau County.
- Formerly Chaplain on the Board of Directors of First Coast Development Academy.
