Pastor Terence Sapp is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. He is the son of the late
is the husband of Lady Demetrice Sapp. They were united in marriage June 19,
1999. Pastor and Lady Demetrice are the proud parents of four loving children,
Shaniqua Stevenson, Terence R. Sapp, Terence S. Sapp, Cameron Z. Sapp and,
grandparents to the joyful Tyson Stevenson, Jace Cave, and Havel Sapp.
Pastor Sapp was educated in the Duval County Public School system. In 1987, he
graduated from Jean Ribault High School. Upon completion of high school, he
received a football scholarship to Savannah State College in Savannah,
Georgia. He later transferred to Bethune Cookman College in Daytona Beach,
Florida.
Pastor Sapp was first ordained as a minister by the Church of God by Faith, Inc. in
December 2007. His ministry consists of teaching and preaching the Gospel of the
Lord Jesus Christ with clarity, conviction, and great passion. He served as
Associate Minister at Jax Beach Church of God by Faith under the leadership of
the late Elder June Lundy. He was a member of the Leadership and Evangelistic
Outreach Team. He further served as a Sunday School and New Member’s Class
teacher. In December 2011, after successfully completing the required eight year's
of training, Pastor Sapp was ordained as an elder by the Church of God by Faith,
Inc. in Atlanta GA. He was appointed as the pastor of Jax Beach Church of God
by Faith where he currently serves with care and compassion. As Pastor Sapp remained faithful to the call of God, in 2022 his was lead of the Lord to take on the ministry work of Solid Rock Church of God by Faith in Yulee, FL. Making him one of the few, Pastor in Church of God by Faith organization to currently Pastor two churches.
